Use of the web site on these Terms
All use of this website (the “Site“) and the downloading, copying or other use of any information from the Site is on the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms“).
By accessing any part of the Site, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms you must cease use of the Site immediately.

The Tunisian law shall apply to these Terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Tunisia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Tunisian courts. The place of performance shall be Tunisia.
We make no warranty or guarantee that the Site or information available over it complies with laws other than those of Tunisia.
General
Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at the address at the end of these Terms by fax and confirmed by post.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
